As flu season is upon us, let’s work together to keep our community healthy! Here are some important tips to help stop the spread of the flu:
Wash Your Hands: Regular handwashing with soap and water can reduce the spread of germs. If soap isn’t available, use hand sanitizer.
Cover Your Coughs and Sneezes: Use a tissue or your elbow to prevent germs from spreading.
Avoid Close Contact: Keep your distance from others if you're feeling unwell, and let’s protect those who are vulnerable.
Stay Home If You're Sick: It’s best to rest and recover at home to avoid spreading the flu to others.

Harmony ISD Child Nutrition is excited to utilize the Texas School grant program provided by TDA to support Texas growers and to incorporate Texas-produced food into our menus. Harmony ISD has purcased beef and pork from Steel Mill Farms in Gilmer, TX. Go Eagles!!
